Work Process
1.Pattern Making
We believe that Pattern Making is an art. It is the art of manipulating and shaping a flat piece of fabric to conform to one or more curves of the human figure. Pattern-making is a bridge between design and production.
2.Fabric Cutting
The cutting process plays an important role in the manufacturing of any product. Precision, efficiency, and quality are the keywords when it comes to the cutting stage.
3.Lining Cutting
The lining cutting is of prime importance in the many stages of producing leather jackets and gloves, different kinds of lining are cut based on the seasonality of the garments being produced.
4.Stitching
We use state-of-the-art machines to stitch our products. Some complicated parts are hand-stitched by our experienced and skilled craftsmen.
5.Washing
Leather items are washed based on the final effect we want to achieve on a leather garment. Different washing processes bring out different final results.
6.Waxing
We use different waxing methods on our finished leather goods, this process involves applying a thin coating of a paste-like mixture of dyes or pigments to adjust the color and give products a distinct shine.
7.Inspection & Packing
Detailed inspection and checking are performed on the products before they’re ready to be shipped. Before getting shipped all products go into our state-of-the-art warehouse with an automatic hanging system for maximizing efficiency.
8.Shipping
Following the buyer’s instructions, the garments are poly-packed by color, size, and type. Then bundled and put inside a custom-made carton according to our client’s demands. Each carton has vital information printed in a form that can be read from outside the carton with ease. The products are then finally shipped to various brands around the globe.
